Teats of Clarion county, and state of Pennsylvania as Elder in said Association, which gives him a good testimony; and we hereby license him, according to the direction of our Church Discipline, to officiate as long as he executes his office and conducts himself as becometh a servant of Christ, in all godliness and honesty; always adhering to the pure doctrine of the Gospel, connected with the constant exercise of a sound church discipline. Given at our annual session in New Salem, Armstrong county, and state of Pennsylvania on the 23rd day of March A.D. 1859. (signatures unknown)
