    I, Frederick Stroup, of Pottersdale, Pa., being of Sound mind and possession of my full senses do hereby make this my last Will and Testament, and I hereby certify that I have never made a former Will.
    (First) It is my desire that all my doctor bills and funeral expenses be paid out of any money, or personal property that I may own at the time of my death.
    (Second) It is my desire that the Homestead at Cataract, including the Hotel Lot, go to my daughter, Mrs. Carrie Ditty, and same is hereby bequeathed to said Mrs. Carrie Ditty, or her children as the case may be at the time of my death.
    (Third) It is my desire that all other property of which I may be the owner at the time of my death, be equally divided among my other heirs, namely, Edward Stroup, Roy Stroup, Guy Stroup, and Dorothy Stroup, share and share alike.
    (Fourth) I hereby designate and appoint my son, Roy Stroup, as executor of this my last will and testament, and it is my desire that said Roy Stroup be permitted to administer my estate without being required to give any bond.
    In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, at Cataract, Pa., this Sixth day of December, AD 1923. Frederick Stroup

    To the Honorable Milford Bratton, register of Wills in and for the County of Clearfield and State of Pennsylvania.
    The petition of Roy E. Stroup, respectfully represents:
    That he is the son of Frederick Stroup, who died at Cataract, Pa., on Tuesday, November the 15th, 1927, at 6:00 am, leaving a last will and testament in which he, the said Roy E. Stroup is named executor.
    That said will is dated the 6th day of December, 1923, and that no children have been born since the date of the said will, of which the said Frederick Stroup is the father, and that the said Frederick Stroup at the time of making said will, and until his death, was a widower.
    That the said Frederick Stroup is a native born in the United States and the State of Pennsylvania, and has lived in the county of Clearfield for thirty years and upwards.
    That he is possessed of personal property to the value of $2,146.13 and real estate consisting of dwelling and two lots at Cataract, Pa., of the value of $300.00; store room and lot at Cataract, Pa., valued $300.00; 20 acres in West Keating Township, Clinton County, Pa. $10.00; and a lot at Carnegie, NY of the value of $75.00 making a total value of $695.00 for all of his real estate.
    Your petitioner therefore prays that the said will may be admitted to probate, and that Letters Testamentary may be issued to him on the estate of the said Frederick Stroup, and he will every pray, etc.
    Roy E. Stroup, being duly sworn according to law says that the facts above are true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief.
